Book two in the 'Horse Angel' series. Sophie has bounced from foster home to foster home, and it's not until she ends up at Joel and Kalene's ranch that she finally finds a home. Joel and Kalene treat her like a daughter, and even trust her with their most valuable Arabian mare, Aria. Then she makes a horrible mistake and unwittingly puts Aria's life in danger.
